1.6 ECOBOOST ENGINE

The four-cylinder engine delivers 150PS as standard, but initial testing and previous knowledge of the ECU (also found in the Fiesta ST) indicated there was potential for much more. Revo Stage 2 Software utilises hardware upgrades and unleashes up to 46% more power over stock. The extra 70 PS results in a much more responsive drive with power available throughout the rev-range. The extra 69 NM of torque requires fewer gear changes allowing you to overtake with a lot more confidence. Fuel consumption and economy also play an important part in the Revo development process. By increasing torque and delivering power more efficiently you can expect like-for-like fuel consumption, regardless of the increase in power.
