The 1.4TSI Twincharger has great tuning potential. Until you’ve experienced a twincharger with Revo software you don’t realise how much potential is really has. With power and torque increases throughout the entire rev range and very smooth power delivery, Revo Software gives the 1.4TSI the performance it should have had when originally released. Revo software gives it more punch throughout the rev-range making this a very capable yet economical car to drive.
Due to issues with these engines from the factory Revo recommend running NGK BKR7EIX spark plugs whether you’re running Stage1 or Stage2 software.
** As of January 2015, we are now able to provide Revo Software for the 2013 onward vehicles. 2013MY onward vehicles use a later version of the MED17.5.5 ECU with a TC1797 processor.

TECHNICAL NOTES
– These vehicles can be OBD (On Board Diagnostic) Port Flashed by Revo without the need to remove or open the ECU
– The 1.4TSI Twincharger engine is known to suffer with oil consumption and misfire issues in standard form. If your vehicle has any running issues in standard form our dealers have been advised to refuse to upgrade it. Please click here for further details.
